As you can see if you've been around this website at all, this entire company is a solo effort. All of it outside of some help with initial California and Rochester, NY based kids' TV shows and 50 of the sponsorship accounts, was all me.
Now, this wasn't out off want and ego, but simply out of need until I felt I built a strong enough foundation to truly being some other people in on a long-term basis.
That plan was my initial 5 year plan after I moved back to WNY in 2014. But like many businesses, the pandemic really threw a monkey-wrench into everything and put me behind a few years.
As things sit right now, everything is finally set-up enough to start to scale this over the next five years and flush out the long-term business and creative departments of the company.
