Our facility provides 1,600 sq. ft of space, located in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Our main classroom offers over 800 sq ft. of open space for fitness instruction, lectures and cooking demonstrations. In addition, beHealthy Institute has a lending library and a consultation room that is used for specialty services and one-on-one consultations. In constructing our space, we utilized as many eco-friendly and recycled products as possible. Our main floor is bamboo. Our carpeted area utilizes recyclable products. Our white kitchen cabinets were re-used from a home kitchen. The bathroom has a dual-flush toilet. We added interior windows to provide some natural light to our centrally located consultation room. In addition, low VOC paints and energy efficient lighting and appliances were selected for beHealthy Institute. Please come and see beHealthy Institute for yourself!
